What are your standard shipping times?
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unused condition. Please contact our support team to initiate a return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to customers within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations in the near future.

Yes, all CEI products come with a standard one-year manufacturer's warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
